The very comfortable and modern equipped apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment complex, directly on the Baltic Sea and close to the seaside resort of Laboe. The apartment comprises a sea view from all windows and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Kiel Inner Fjord and a nature reserve with a stream. You can observe every ship and every sunset directly from your sofa; in the morning you can watch the sunset through the window by the kitchen unit. The apartment comprises a living/dining room with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. Parking is available in front of the house. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails start directly in front of the door; a flat, sandy beach is located in 50 m. Laboe can be reached in 5 minutes by bike and offers all amenities of a modern seaside resort with various shopping facilities, medical care as well as diverse gastronomy.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Oktober in dieser exzellenten Wohnung. Die Lage mit der Aussicht auf die Förde ist unvergleichlich. Die Wohnung vermittelt den Eindruck, dass sie so Uch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird, es ist alles da, was man täglich braucht. Dekoration und Bücher, Spiele etc. sind hochwertig und zeugen von viel Vertrauen in die Mieter. Laboe ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn amn will, kann man vor der Tür in den Bus steigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub ob zu zweit oder allein!

Habe 4 Wochen lange Spaziergänge entlang der Ostsee genießen - und mich anschließend in diesem wohnlichen Appartement wohl fühlen dürfen. Nicht weit von den schönen Stränden Brasilien/Kalifornien entfernt, nah genug für Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Plön, Eckernförde, Rendsburg oder kurzer Fußweg zum Anleger für die Fördefähre… am Morgen die Sonne zur Küchenseite und die untergehende Abendsonne mit Blick auf die Förde! angenehme Einrichtung, saubere Wohnung, habe nichts vermisst und mich sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Kleine Wohnung nahe Laboe

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Meerblick, einer kleinen gutausgestatteten Küche und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer. Alles nett eingerichtet und sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf einem Privatparkplatz. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Auch die Buchung und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin verlief nett und reibungslos. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

Schöne Wohnung direkt an der Kieler Förde

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Direkt an der Kieler Förde gelegen kann man direkt vom Haus aus zu Fuß schöne Spaziergänge am Strand unternehmen. Auch Gastronomie und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 20 Min in Kiel. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort, um Urlaub zu machen und auszuspannen.

Nette Wohnung, schöne Ausblicke

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Unsere Räder durften wir im Kellerabteil einschließen. Der Blick auf die Förde ist super schön zum Schiffe gucken und bei Regen macht sich der Ausblick auf eine der meistbefahrenen Wasserstraßen der Welt besonders bezahlt. Wir fanden es auch gut, das Neu-Stein kurtaxfrei ist. Das der Vermieter einen Laboe - Krimi geschrieben hat, in dem es auch um die Ferienwohnung geht, hat mich, als alte Leseratte und gelernte Bibliotheksassistentin, ganz besonders interessiert. Der Krimi steht für die Urlaubsgäste zum Lesen bereit, hab es aber zeitlich nicht geschafft. Ist aber notiert, werde ihn auf jeden Fall lesen.

Schöner Blick, liebevoll eingerichtet

Das Appartement bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Kieler Förde. Es ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Möglichkeiten zu fußläufigen Aktivitäten sind leider etwas begrenzt, zumal der nahegelgene Strand eher für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und für Kitesurfer als für erwachsene Schwimmer geeignet ist.

Eine top Ferienwohnung mit bester Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Allein die Aussicht aufs Meer und der Sonnenuntergang vom Sofa aus... herrlich :-) Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Keller unterstellen.

Genießer-und Erlebniswoche in Laboe und Ostsee

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben einfach ein Traum! Geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, blitzeblank sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Blick aus dem großen Fenster ist einfach fantastisch! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns fest vorgenommen wieder zu kommen.

Winter Urlaub am Meer

Diese Ferienwohnung eignet sich besonders in der kalten Jahres Zeit, da auch eine gute Aussicht vom Wohnraum auf die Ostsee in der warmen Wohnung zum Urlaub sgefühl beiträgt.
