This beautiful, thatched-roof holiday home is located in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow on Usedom. The holiday resort on the Szczecin Lagoon is an ideal holiday spot, especially for nature lovers and families—cosiness and comfort are guaranteed here.

“Zweite Heimat” stands on a lot of approximately 600 square metres and spans two floors. Not only is it furnished in a modern and inviting style, but it also features mosquito screens on all windows.

The spacious combined living and dining area leads directly to the south/west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom’s sunny hours.

On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna.

There’s a washer-dryer combo for washing items like beach towels. This is a combination unit that can both wash and dry.

Bring your own bikes or take advantage of our offers from Usedomrad, the largest bike rental provider on Usedom. You can securely store them in the lockable garden shed (3x3m) located on the property. Bicycle racks are also available right outside the door.

There are two private parking spaces on the property.

Germany’s second-largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoiled nature. You’ll be surrounded by a vast nature reserve home to many animal and plant species, where you’ll find both peace and relaxation as well as plenty of recreational activities for the whole family.

The fishing village of Kamminke, with its small harbour, swimming beach, and recreational and cultural offerings, is located about 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary’s Church, and the Ostseetherme can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region thanks to its many attractions and numerous lakes.

The small Usedom Airport is located near the holiday village. During the season, one holiday flight per day departs from here to destinations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Stuttgart, and Switzerland. You can book scenic flights around the island on the Antonov, the world’s largest single-engine aircraft.
