There are five parking spaces available on the property. A maximum of two pets is allowed for an additional fee (please do not leave them alone, do not let them bathe or enter the pool, and do not allow them on beds or sofas). Parties that cause disturbance or damage are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. This is a detached holiday home, part of an estate where the owners reside. Pool and outdoor area cleaning and maintenance are carried out every morning. The house is located in the countryside, in the heart of the Penedès plain and surrounded by vineyards.
