Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, etc. The living area also features an electric fireplace.<br><br>A washing machine is located on the ground floor; an iron and ironing board are also provided in the house.<br><br>Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) with hypoallergenic bedding. Each bedroom has an additional TV with a built-in DVD player. On this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.<br><br>The house is fully equipped with easy-to-clean floors (light-colored vinyl flooring in the living area) and has smoke detectors in every room. <br><br>The patio is furnished with comfortable high-back armchairs, a table, and a parasol.
