This beautiful, comfortable upstairs apartment with a large loft area and balcony is situated in a quiet yet central location, directly across from the "Gesundheitsoase" in Greetsiel. The fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few steps away. The large wellness and sauna area at the newly opened “Koppke” is practically within walking distance—you can even go in your dressing gown.

Large, tastefully furnished living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, blender, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and much more. An iron is also provided.

Large shower room (without a shower pan) with a toilet, washing machine, towel warmer, hair dryer, and fly screen in front of the Velux window.

The living-dining area and the bathroom feature underfloor heating in front of the windows, and there is also a fly screen in front of the patio door.

The balcony is furnished. A patio umbrella is provided.

The second bedroom is located in the large loft (2 single beds). The loft has laminate flooring. You’ll also find a cosy wingback chair and another TV here.
