Relaxing 3 Bed/2 Bath Home in Klein, TX

Whether you're traveling for work or visiting the Houston area, this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Klein/Spring offers a convenient location with easy access to Highway 249, the Grand Parkway, and I-45. Enjoy quick access to Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. You'll also be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, parks, and local attractions.

Comfortably sleeps 7 with a King sized bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen sized bed in both of the side Bedrooms. Includes a large L-shaped Couch in the Living room which can be used to sleep an additional person. Additional Queen Size Air Mattress can be provided upon request (must give 24 hour notice before arrival).

Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40/trip. Owners are fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet(s). Guests and their pet(s) are welcome to use the fenced backyard at their own risk and are expected to watch their pet(s) while they are in the yard.

If more than 6 bath towels or extra blankets are needed please message to request these items prior to your stay to guarantee that there will be enough to accommodate your party!

Place was clean. Great neighborhood and location. Yard was smaller than expected and needed to be mowed. The amenities were pretty basic. The master bed was hard and the whole bed shook when your partner moved. I ended up screwing in a loose bolt on it. Check in was smooth and host was good with communication other than a realtor walking in the house while we were trying to pack to leave and almost let our dogs out. Hosts did apologize several times for the miscommunication.

Location is perfect for us. Everything was extremely clean. My only complaint was the grass was very high and was not mowed. We had a very wonderful weekend!
