Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather towels and leave in the tub or sink of the room where used, Strip sheets and pillow cases and just leave in middles of bed.
Load and start diswasher. Check the washer and dryer and do a walk thru for personal items. Turn off coffee and tea pots, TVs, lights and fireplace.
Throw away refrigerator food. Empty trash cans throughout the house into the bins outside - gray for trash and yellow for recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Kansas city. It was very clean, nicely decorated and really comfortable. The host was welcoming and very responsive with check-in and all needed communication during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kansas city. I highly recommend this property! Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay!
