Tholer Hof Holiday Home: Nature and Tranquility

Situated at a sunny, peaceful altitude of 1,250 meters, the lovingly furnished Tholer Hof holiday home awaits you in the small mountain village of Afing near Jenesien. Just about 20 kilometers above Bolzano—around a 25-minute drive—you will find an idyllic retreat, surrounded by lush meadows, quiet forests, and the clear, fresh mountain air of South Tyrol.



Your journey from Bolzano takes you along a winding, well-maintained mountain road, making the drive to Tholer Hof a special part of your alpine experience.



With approximately 90 m² of space, the house accommodates up to six guests: a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with corner bench and dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms with glass showers. The furniture is made of solid wood.



Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, safe, underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, as well as books and toys for children.



A highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a south-facing balcony, sunny terrace, and garden. Families will appreciate the small playground and covered parking space.



The house is accessible: step-free entrance and interior, wide doors. All windows and doors have shutters for darkening.



A small shop and an inn serving regional cuisine are about five kilometers away (please note: many shops in the surrounding villages are closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays).



Hiking and mountain biking trails start right at your doorstep.



Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
