Apartment Lünser 18 with beach chair on the main beach

This cosy two-room apartment is located right in the heart of the city centre, parallel to the pedestrian zone, yet in a quiet area.

It features a spacious living room with a fold-down wall bed.
In the bedroom, you’ll find two single beds: one extra-long bed measuring 2.20 m and one measuring 2.00 m, both with electrically adjustable slatted frames, a flat-screen TV, and exterior roller blinds.

Another highlight in the bedroom is the nightstands, which are equipped with wireless chargers.

In the early afternoon, the sun invites you to relax on the balcony. If you’d like some shade, there’s an electric awning.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the North Sea beach or the harbour.

On the main beach, our beach chair is available to you—seasonally from May 1 to September 20.

Of course, your car can remain in the underground car park during this time (entry height: 1.95 m).

The building on Viktoriastraße is located in a very central, yet beautiful and quiet area.

Parking spaces are distributed between the parking deck and the underground garage. Each apartment has an assigned parking space.

An lift runs from the ground floor to the 2nd floor.

The ground floor is a raised ground floor.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

In the basement, you can store your bicycles and use the shared washing machine and dryer for a fee.
