This spacious three-room apartment is located on the lower floor and features beautifully light-filled rooms, a bright, welcoming colour scheme, and modern amenities.

The comfortable living and dining area with an open kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired; the kitchen is equipped with high-quality fixtures.
The two bedrooms offer wonderful places to relax and unwind (Note: The beds have full-length mattress toppers; a large fitted sheet is required).
Two flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi round out the upscale amenities. A modern shower room with a toilet and the shared sauna area provide even more comfort.

An absolute favourite spot: the terrace with a cosy beach chair and a small green area. On beautiful summer days, you can relax and unwind here!

You can park your car right in front of the house, and there’s space for your bikes in the shared shed.

There are 4 holiday apartments in the STRANDpalais. The Langang 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor. The Kombüse 2-room apartment and the Kajüte 3-room apartment are located on the ground floor, and the Ausguck penthouse is located on the second floor. You can access the apartments on the first and second floors via the lift or the stairs.

The holiday apartments feature state-of-the-art amenities, light-filled rooms, and bright, Nordic-style colour schemes. A special feature is their proximity to the main beach, yet the tranquility they offer despite their central location. The kitchenette is equipped with high-quality kitchen fixtures. A modern, spacious shower room with a toilet is also available. Two flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi round out the upscale amenities. The “Kombüse,” “Kajüte,” and “Ausguck” apartments feature a fireplace. The communal sauna area is located on the ground floor.

The “Landgang” apartment has its own driveway and private entrance. For the “Kombüse,” “Kajüte,” and “Ausguck” apartments, the parking space is located in a private single-car garage within the building.

Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room.
