The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

When checking out, we will appreciate if you could keep the porch light on (switch up) to allow proper visibility. Lock the door using the top keypad.

When leaving the house or checking out, turn off lights in the house, unplug, iron, fans, and chargers. DO NOT FORGET ANY BELONGING. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee of $25/hour.

When checking out, wash your dishes and place trash bag in GREEN BIN by the garage. If the dishes are not done an extra fee of $20 will be applied.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parties, inappropriate anti-social behavior, and unauthorized events are Strictly prohibited. Authorities will be called for your removal.

No SMOKING inside. Extra cleaning fees of $200 to remove odor (Cannabis, Cigarette) will be applied. Leave the house free of rubbish on your departure

Keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as we would like to keep our neighbors as friends. Please, Avoid wearing shoes throughout the house.
