Wir haben schon am ersten Tag festgestellt, dass die Duschkabinendichtung undicht war, so dass beim Duschen größere Mengen Wasser ins Badezimmer herausliefen. Haben das dann am folgenden Tag telefonisch gemeldet- Am folgenden Tag kam der Mitarbeiter der Haustechnik, konnte den Zustand aber nicht beheben, sondern hinterließ einen Zettel mit der Bemerkung "Dichtung wird besorgt". In einem Telefonat mit avc wurde von einer Lieferzeit von 1-2 Tagen gesprochen. In den folgenden 6 Tagen haben wir nichts mehr gehört oder gesehen. An den Arbeitstagen 17.06.2026 und 20.07.2026 sowie 21.07.2026 kam es jeweils ab 08:00 Uhr zu erheblichen Bauarbeiten mit Bohrhämmern. Der Lärm hielt jeweils stundenlang (21.07.26 ab 08.15 Uhr) an und war so intensiv, dass die vertragsgemäße Nutzung der Wohnung erheblich beeinträchtigt wurde. Als Mietminderung leistete avc nach meiner Forderung auf Mietminderung € 78,00.
