This beautiful apartment is ideal for retirees and families both with and without children.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a very well-kept small complex with elevator, large indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hammam, parking lot, security and is only 1000 m from the beach. The city center with numerous restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in approx. 500 m.
The apartment is 120m² in total (including all balcony areas) and is divided as follows:
2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, all rooms with balconies, fully equipped kitchen, 1 hall and 2 toilets with shower. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the pool area and the very well-kept garden area with playground. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (table linen, washing machine, crockery, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. are plentiful). The rooms are all air-conditioned.
An airport transfer is possible on request.
