With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 5" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The 74 m² apartment on the first floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and also blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shower, toilet, and sink.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor. Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.

Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the grounds in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.

Near the accommodation, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord cabins. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.

Please note that the apartment is not designed for construction workers, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find Café Pio – your new favorite spot right on the Pionierhafen harbor in Schleswig. With a view of the water, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh rolls, croissants, and all the trimmings. During the day, you can enjoy delicious coffee, homemade cakes, and a relaxed atmosphere. And as evening approaches, it's time for cocktails and cold drinks – refreshing, vibrant, and just the thing for a sundowner on the terrace.
