With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 7" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. This top-floor apartment offers approximately 40 m² of living and dining space with a kitchen and an adjoining bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living area, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
With direct water views and a unique location directly on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 7" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers you the perfect place for your vacation. The living and sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.
Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments. These are similarly equipped and furnished.
Near the accommodation, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Eine zauberhafte kleine FeWo mit fantastischen Blick auf die Schlei. Genau das Richtige für eine Auszeit. Die Whg. ist gemütlich und durchdacht eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung sind kein Billigkram und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich hab mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Es gab absolut gar nichts zu meckern!

Hochwertige, neue und sehr ruhig gelegene Fewo mit traumhafter Aussicht zur Schlei. Die Abbildungen auf der Website sind korrekt. Alles vorhanden, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schönes Bad, WLAN top, Parken vor dem Haus, Fahrradabstellplatz. Jederzeit wieder! Da die Fewo in einem Neubaugebiet (April 25) lag, war sie noch nicht im Navi oder bei Google maps zu finden, daher genau die Wegbeschreibung vom Vermieter lesen ;-)

Wohnung herrlich gelegen an der Schlei, mit direktem Blick auf die Schlei, sogar aus den Betten. Toller Balkon ebenfalls mit herrlichem Blick auf die Schlei. Wohnung ist super eingerichtetet. Leider, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt (noch) keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (riesengroßes Neubaugebiet), zum Bäcker und Lebensmittel mindestens 1,5 Kilometer. Änderungen sind in nächster Zeit wohl nicht vorgesehen. Wir waren mit dem D-Ticket in alle Richtungen unterwegs und werden sicher wieder kommen.
