Furnished exclusively with high-quality materials, paints, and wallpapers from Farrow & Ball, and featuring a box-spring bed (1.60 m) from Schramm, it offers the perfect setting for a personalised holiday.

The constant whisper of the surf, the lighthouse beam casting its light across the terrace at regular intervals, and the scent of Sylt roses create a profound sensation—the feeling of being at one with nature. Yet it’s very centrally located, with shopping, a golf course, and the harbour nearby.

Like little swallows’ nests, this residential complex is situated in a central location in Hörnum, yet right in the middle of the dunes.

Amrum and Föhr are within sight and can be visited almost daily by boat. If the seals aren’t right on your doorstep, trips to the offshore seal colonies are also offered, along with many other activities centred around the sea.
The Budersand Sylt Golf Club offers an 18-hole links course and is nestled in a fantastic landscape.
In Hörnum, nature takes centre stage. The harbour, the endless powdery beaches, the Odde, and a beautiful mudflat area create a unique backdrop. Freshly caught seafood and a diverse range of dining options ensure culinary variety.
