Family-friendly villa with private pool and garden Villa Alegria is a very well kept family villa located in the elegant residential area of Roche. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and has a private swimming pool. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. On the ground floor there is a large living room (Internet via fibreglass), a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine) as well as one double bedroom and a bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, en suite bathroom as well as a small balcony overlooking the garden. In addition, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed with an individual bed on top for a child, and a shared bathroom. All bathrooms have a tub and shower overhead. The house is equipped with gas central heating (175 euros/week) which makes it suitable for winter rentals. At the back of the house there is a furnished terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a BBQ as well as another terrace with a large Moroccan dining table. There is also a smaller terrace at the front of the house which is equipped with teak furniture. The large pool measures 12 x 8 m. Since 2023 the pool is fenced. The stunning beach of Roche is a ten minute stroll away.
VFT/CA/13628 Villa Alegria is located in the prestigious residential area of Roche in Conil. The stunningly beautiful coast and beaches are just a few steps away. Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
