Central apartment directly on the Lahn with a beautiful view of the river

Renovated and refurbished in 2023, this vacation rental is located right on the Lahn River in a central part of Marburg. From the living room, which features a spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy a great view of the Lahn. St. Elizabeth’s Church is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can quickly reach Marburg’s beautiful Upper Town with its medieval half-timbered houses, as well as Ketzerbach. Ketzerbach has shops for daily necessities, and both there and in the Upper Town you’ll find a variety of stores, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment features a balcony facing the Lahn River, a covered parking space, and an additional parking space, a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, a Rössle cookware set, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. A large built-in closet in the hallway provides ample storage space. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure and is also very spacious with plenty of storage. The balcony is furnished with a sturdy table and two chairs. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast with a view of the Lahn River. You’ll also find a high-quality Lafuma lounge chair where you can put your feet up and relax after a day of sightseeing. Smokers are welcome, though we ask that you smoke on the balcony. We provide an ashtray. A well-behaved dog weighing up to 10 kilograms may also be brought along upon request.
