The house is built in Dalmatian style. The apartment is modern & fully furnished and suitable for 6 persons & has 2 baths. and a fully equipped kitchen, balcony / terrace i barbecue, satellite TV WALN parking.
The villa in the beautiful Sabunike is on a sandy peninsula [Length: 7 km, width: 4 km].
The climate is very pleasant and has a year around 2540 hours of sunshine. Sabunike has about 80 houses with small paths. In the marketplace, there are daily fresh fruit / vegetables, grocery stores, newsstands, shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. You will find here the natural sandy beach of Croatia with flat & clean waters. Ideally summer holiday for families with young children or for vacation groups.

Atemberaubende Erholung

Sehr gut begrüßt worden, kostenlose Parking-Ticket für eine große Zone, erstaunlich sauber, perfekte Lage, Vermieter hilfsbereit und offen Fazit: Perfekte Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Unser Apartment Nr. 6, war im ordentlichen Zustand. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett,einen mit 2 Einzelbetten.In der offenen Wohnküche noch eine ausklappbare Couch. Kleine zweckmäßige Küche, Etwas wenig Geschirr und kein Spüllappen/Handtuch

Sabunike 3 Zimmer wohnung.

Die Wohnung und selbst das Haus war sehr schön, sauber. Der Eigentümer des Hauses war auch vor Ort. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir gebraucht hatten undas Auto konnten wir auch im Hof parken. Der Eigentümer Herr Stipcic hat Tips gegeben, war immer freundlich und offen. Dafur gib ich 5 Sterne. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige wo wir überrascht waren. Wir haben eine 4 Zimmer wohnung gemietet und das war nur eine 3 Zimmer wohnung. Da hat die Agentur uns was falsches vermitteln. Zum Glück konnten 2 Personen nicht mitfahren sonst hätten wir ein riesiges Problem.

Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet für Familien

Für größere Gruppen,Jugendliche Ferienwohnung/ Appartement geeignet .WG Feeling .Hellhörig das ganze Haus. Schlafzimmer durch den Hausflur verteilt. Küche zu klein ( 2 Kochfelder, kein Backofen) . Balkon zu klein für 4 Erwachsene Personen . Das einzig schöne am Balkon, ein schöner Ausblick.Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung aus dem Internet !

Sehr freundliche, gute Lage aber bei der Ausstattung nicht Stand der Zeit.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige 100 Meter. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Hauptzimmer mit integrierter Küche ist Fensterlos. Die Zimmer gehen von diesem Raum ab. Es gibt 2 Bäder. Ein Bad ist nur durch ein Schlafzimmer und über den Balkon zu erreichen. Bei Regen und schlechtem Wetter ist es schwierig das Bad zu benutzen. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Da die Ferienwohnung ja für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist (3 Schlafzimmer) fehlt es an Allem. Zu wenig Tassen, zu wenig Gläser und Teller. Der Herd hat nur 2 Kochstellen und keinen Backofen und ist nicht richtig angeschlossen gewesen. Obwohl die Ferienwohnung doch voll ausgestattet sein sollte, muß man für die Klimaanlage separat bezahlen. 5 Euro/Tag, vermutlich steuerfrei für den Hausmeister. Quittung für Kurtaxe und Klimaanlage gab es auch nicht.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Alles nötige ist vorhanden, sehr nette Vermieter, Strand-und Zentrumsnah... wir hatten eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit mit unseren Kindern und würden wieder kommen und dieses Objekt auch weiterempfehlen.

Alles schön und super!

Optimale Lage, sowohl Meer als auch Geschäfte sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, und trotzdem ist das eine ruhige Sackgasse. Zimmern sind sauber, Klima funzt einwandfrei. Zu empfehlen.
