Starting April 5, 2023, I am offering spaces at HU-5920 Csorvás, Somogyi utca 43.
in the Békéscsaba district.
Only campsites and garden plots for RVs, camping, tiny houses, tents, and other purposes.

Only 3 € per person per day. Children up to 14 years old pay half price: 1.50 €. Parking space/garden plot: 30 sqm.

50 sqm space: 4 € per person per day. Children up to age 14: €2.

Please note! The bathroom, shower, and other rooms in the house are not included!
I have just purchased the house and property, and renovations are not yet complete.

The planned addition will also feature shared facilities for all guests, complete with the necessary amenities.
Electricity and drinking water connections, as well as waste disposal options for mobile homes or tiny houses via the sewer line at the front of the property, are available! If you choose a spot in the back area, surrounded by nothing but nature (where a drinking water well is also available), please bring sufficient
extension cords and a hosepipe if needed.

All animals, including horses, are welcome as long as they are well-trained.
Please smoke only in the designated smoking area or on your own property.

Communal facilities on the property, such as a summer kitchen with an oven and other amenities, are currently under construction.

Csorvás is a small, well-kept, quiet village where you can buy everything you need for daily life—even on weekends and Sundays—or have it delivered. Not far away (a 5-minute drive) is the county seat of Békéscsaba, which has a somewhat urban feel but is nonetheless very safe, quiet, and well-maintained. It features a huge shopping centre, all the discount stores, quaint little shops, markets, repair shops, doctors in every speciality, beauty salons & hair salons, and countless cosy restaurants—including outdoor dining—with sunshine and fresh air to suit every taste.

Long-term rentals and leases are also available!
For example, 25 square metres = 19 € per month. Minimum term: 1 year.

Other time frames or larger plots are also available for building tiny houses or other smaller homes (ranging from 25 to 600 square metres). Prices upon request.

Leasehold rights for partial plots are also available!

Here you can still see a clear starry sky, enjoy absolute peace and security in the village (and also in the county seat), and observe birds, deer, and many other animal species—not just in the morning. Enjoy the sun and nature.

A wide variety of recreational and excursion opportunities, as well as workshops for (almost) all interests!

Among other things: gardening & floristry, landscape design, plant cultivation and care, painting/drawing, healing for body & soul. Of course, there are also wonderful lakes and beaches here, as well as thermal baths. Cheaper than at Lake Balaton or in Hévíz!

If you own a “junk car” or a caravan, it can be “restored” here VERY affordably by a Hungarian master workshop.
It will also come with a new HU inspection valid in all EU countries.
