This modern 2-room studio, renovated in 2022, is located in Würding/Bad Füssing in the spa region of the Lower Bavarian Spa Triangle.<br><br>Just 2 km from the Johannesthermen, 2.7 km from the Europathermen, and 3 km from Therme 1. The spa bus stop is just 250 m away. Restaurants, a farm stand, a bank, a butcher shop, a bakery, and much more are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>The holiday rental is in a quiet location on the top floor and features a wind-protected loggia/awning.<br><br>You’ll be greeted by an inviting living area with a modern TV and comfortable reclining sofas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers, kettle, toaster...) with a kitchen island and a cosy dining area.<br><br>In the sleeping area, you’ll find a double box-spring bed, a modern closet, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom, renovated in 2022, features a rain shower, a sink with a large mirror, a toilet, and a modern towel warmer.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are provided. The basement contains a washing machine and dryer, which may be used in accordance with the house rules. Parking in front of the house and bike racks are also available. A bike storage room is accessible via a staircase. <br><br><br>

Modern und trotzdem zweckmäßig

Wir haben hier vier Wochen verbracht und alles hat perfekt geklappt. Falls wir etwas benötigten reichte ein kleiner Anruf und uns wurde es zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet fast alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Aufzug hat das Haus!

Ruhige und sehr schön eingerichtete Fewo

Wir hatten 2 schöne erholsame Wochen in der Fewo. Sie ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Bäcker und Metzger sind in 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne moderne Wohnung, sehr ruhig, ideal zu erholen. Man kann schöne Fahrradtouren machen. Die Apartmentverwalterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
