Gute Lage

Die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist hell und freundlich und gut gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon geht direkt zu den Baumwipfeln des Gartens. Es sind viele Vogelstimmen zu hören. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen, zum Bus, oder direkt zum See sind nur wenige Gehminuten.

Tolle, ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sauber mit einem schönen Balkon mit Sicht auf einen schönen Garten. Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wohnqualität

Sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage und Gärten, sehr ruhig daher hoher Erholungswert. Kurze Wege zur Seepromenade und zum Einkaufen. Sehr zentral gelegen. Der Urlaubsort und die Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist sehr zu empfehlen.
