LIVING ROOM: with a 3-seater sofa and 1 armchair, tiled stove. KITCHEN AREA: Fully equipped with dining area. Guest bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor is BATHROOM 2 with shower/toilet, accessible only through BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and built-in closets. BEDROOM 2 with 1 single bed and a small built-in closet.
The ground floor has tile flooring, and the ground floor has sisal carpet.
The centre of Wyk is about a 20–30-minute walk away. It's about a 10–15-minute bike ride to the beach. There's a bakery in the area. Parking is available at the house. An electric charging station for two cars is located about 100 metres away on the marsh. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials, and with its terrace and garden, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for shared use.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegene Wohnung unter Reet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Terrasse zum Genießen der langen Abende im Sommer. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und zum Joggen. Bäcker fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt und in die Stadt Wyk ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Kein Auto notwendig. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist allerdings ebenfalls wunderbar.

Die Lage des Pastoratshofes ist ideal. Mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten von Wyk, dem Hafen, dem Südstrand oder Alkersum (Museum Kunst der Westküste) entfernt. Überall ist man schnell mit dem Rad, in drei Minuten sogar bei Bäcker Hansen, um morgens leckere Brötchen zu holen. Man kann von der Haustür weg in die Marsch laufen oder radeln. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist praktisch und bietet auch PKWs mit Fahrradträgern ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollständig, so dass man vom ersten Tag an "zuhause" ist. Eine kleine, durch Hecken geschützte Terrasse lädt morgens zum Frühstücken ein und abends dazu, es sich mit einem Glas Wein gemütlich zu machen. Wir können sowohl die Verwaltung als auch den Pastoratshof unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
