In die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt direkt an der belebten Strandpromenade. Damit bietet sie einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung wurde vor mehreren Jahren das letzte Mal renoviert. Dies sieht man deutlich. Hier besteht Nachholbedarf. Die Wände sind fleckig und die Möbel abgenutzt bzw. defekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist unzureichend, es fehlen z.B. Schüsseln. Die Wohnung war weitestgehend sauber. Könnte aber besser sein.

Lebhafte Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Das Kinderzimmer ist für Teens etwas beengt aber okay. In der Küche war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Lage ist für uns ideal, aber vielleicht für manche zu lebhaft. In den Schlafräumen ist es aber ruhig.

entspannter Sommerurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche an der Ostsee verlebt. Die Lage vom Objekt ist super, Strand, Promenade, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe. Das Apartment ist ok, Innenhoflage schützt vor Lärm und Nachmittagssonne, könnte aber eine Renovierung vertragen, vor allem Sofa und Betten.
