Comfortable and bright 61 sqm flat on the 1st floor (with lift) in a strategic location in St.Moritz. The flat is very cosy and will make you feel immediately on holiday as soon as you enter. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a king-size bed, extremely spacious and bright, a 4-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers, while the second one with a bed size 140X200 has a door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both rooms are equipped with windows that can also be tilt-and-turn, both blackout and normal blinds and shutters. The flat has a bathroom with a spacious shower. The underfloor heating can be adjusted to your liking. In the living room, there is a wall-mounted TV with a sunrise TV box so that you can fully enjoy relaxing moments at home and not miss any of your favourite programmes. WLAN is free of charge, protected by a password which you will find inside the flat. The open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the latest electronic appliances such as a microwave oven, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster and blender for preparing delicious smoothies. The hob is induction, there is also a classic kitchen oven, a large fridge and freezer, a large dishwasher and plenty of storage space. If you wish to enjoy a cheese fondue or raclette, everything you need is present. In addition, the flat has a balcony accessible from the living room equipped with a small table and chairs. All the windows in the flat are fitted with curtains. The flat has a private parking space outside. In the building there is a communal laundry room (washing machines and dryers for a fee) with 2 drying areas, a ski raum and a bicycle room. The flat is located near the Grand Hotel Kulm, extremely close to the bus stop (St.Moritz, Bären) and opposite the start of the toboggan run (Cresta Run). It is about 800m from the village coop (well stocked), 500m from the beginning of the centre of St.Moritz and 900m from the Chantarella (Corviglia) funicular.

The space and inspiration of the upper valley can be fully appreciated on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And alongside the many sporting opportunities, there are just as many first-class cultural offers, museums to visit and art galleries to explore in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of fantastic pistes in the ski regions of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and Zuoz, a particularly family-friendly resort, invite you to have real fun on skis and snowboards. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of prepared trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking and cross-country skiing trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadin sparkle with light, sun and space in the heart of an inspiring mountain world. Those who wish to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snow-covered forests can set off to explore the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys such as Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever; those who prefer to have an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sun on a carriage ride through Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, curvy Muottas Muragl run.
