Designed for relaxing lake days and cozy evenings by the water, this beautifully remodeled Cayuga Lake retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private access to the upper deck with stunning lake views. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer full beds, creating a warm and comfortable setup for families or couples traveling together.



The cozy cottage-style kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to family dinners, while the large farmhouse dining table seats up to 8 guests comfortably. Just outside, the upper deck offers additional outdoor dining overlooking the lake.



One of the home’s favorite spaces is the lakeside family room and sitting area, featuring oversized windows with panoramic water views — perfect for curling up with a good book, enjoying a glass of Finger Lakes wine, or simply watching the boats and wildlife drift by.



Guests can also enjoy the screened-in porch, outdoor lounge seating, grill, direct lake access, and private 40-ft dock for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the water.



Additional amenities include WiFi, first-floor laundry, parking for up to 6 vehicles, and easy access to wineries, restaurants, golf, and local attractions throughout the Finger Lakes region.



Guests will have access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor decks, screened porch, private dock, and lakefront areas. Enjoy full use of the property during your stay, with the exception of a few locked owner storage closets reserved for housekeeping and property supplies.



We want your stay to feel relaxing, seamless, and stress-free. While guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay, we are available if questions come up or assistance is needed.

Inside the home, you’ll find a welcome book filled with helpful house information, our local recommendations and favorite wineries, restaurants, and things to do around the Finger Lakes we enjoy when we are at our home.

Please note this home is located in a quiet, family-friendly lake community, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. No parties, events, smoking, or vaping are permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoors.



For safety, children should always be supervised near the lake and dock areas, as surfaces may become slippery when wet. Guests are welcome to bring boats, kayaks, and other watercraft, but must provide properly fitted life jackets for all members of their group.



We strongly recommend bringing lake shoes, as zebra mussels in Cayuga Lake can be sharp along portions of the shoreline. While rare, Harmful Algae Blooms (HABs) can occasionally occur in the Finger Lakes region, and guests should avoid swimming if advisories are issued during their stay.



Please note there are stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms and second-level outdoor deck. To maintain a safe and enjoyable waterfront experience for everyone, we also ask that guests avoid bringing glass near the dock or lakefront areas.
