The house’s location is particularly attractive, as it is right next to the beach and just a few steps from the centre on Jann-Berghaus-Straße.<br><br>The holiday home spans two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom, which is particularly convenient for guests who have difficulty with stairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor. The house has a total of four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are three additional bedrooms. There is also a larger bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor. Two travel cots and two high chairs can be booked as add-ons for families with young children. Another advantage of the holiday home is that it has its own parking space. Dogs are not allowed in this accommodation.<br><br>House Mimi is ideal for a holiday with the whole family or with friends. Please note, however, that noise regulations must be strictly observed here. While this isn’t always easy—especially with larger groups—it is absolutely essential in the spa and recreation area where this house is located. If your holidays with friends tend to get a bit noisy, this house is unfortunately not the right choice.
