The "Bernstein" holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a newly built holiday home on Winterstraße. The building has an lift. The apartment offers approximately 62 square metres of space and can accommodate up to four people. The beach is only about 350 metres away, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. <br><br>The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortably furnished living room with contemporary furnishings. Cable TV is available for entertainment, as is a second TV in the bedroom. There are two bedrooms in total; one is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition to the bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is also a guest bathroom. A special highlight is the south-facing balcony. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Behind the building, residents have access to a lockable bike storage room. Pets (dogs) are not permitted in this holiday rental.
