Gute Lage am Weststrand, ruhig und doch zentral. Kein Lärm vom Straßenverkehr, auch vom saisonalen Partytourismus bleibt man hier wohl verschont. Schöner Ausblick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Aus dem ungünstigen schlauchartigen Grundriss wird das Beste gemacht.

Fahrradstellplatz ist sehr klein und voll - wir haben öffentliche Anlehnbügel am Konversations- oder Badehaus genutzt. Dass das kleine Schlafzimmer im Sommer warm sein könnte, konnten wir aufgrund des 3D Grundrisses schon erahnen und haben uns drauf eingestellt.
