The "fewo-maibaum-eifel" was designed to accommodate up to four people and is furnished to a high standard. The living space totals more than 120 square meters. The light-filled living area
—which includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces
—covers 70 square meters on its own.
The two bedrooms and bathrooms
provide residents with plenty of space for personal style.

The fully furnished apartment gives you the choice between
cooking or baking, a light snack at the kitchen counter
, or a cozy dinner at the large dining table.
Afterward, enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV in the living area
with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, or—with direct
access—a glass of wine on the secluded terrace.

The house is located on a quiet residential street with no
through traffic. The vacation rental was first occupied in 2020.
It spans the entire first floor, complete with
a terrace and garden. You’re sure to feel right at home with us
