The 45-square-meter holiday apartment features a comfortable kitchen-living room with a large dining table, a cosy sofa bed, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, an entryway, free internet access, a radio, and satellite TV.
Special additional amenities:
dressing gowns, washing machine, iron, electric kettle, and toaster. Our house has Tyrolean toboggans, which you are welcome to use free of charge.



Enjoy a carefree holiday in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, in our new and tastefully furnished holiday home in a sunny, central location. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be at the lake, the mountain railway, or in the Karwendel valleys.
Our house can be booked as a holiday home for up to 8 people. We also rent out holiday apartments for 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 people.
Each 45 m² or 80 m² apartment, as well as the 90 m² holiday home for exclusive use, features a comfortable kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and a pull-out couch, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living room, 1 or 2 bathrooms with a large glass shower, 2 bathrooms, an entryway, satellite TV, and a full set of dishes and linens. In addition, each apartment features a sunny terrace with a seating area, a private garden, and an unobstructed view of the Karwendel Mountains.
There is a lockable bike/ski storage room and a bread roll delivery service. You’re always welcome to borrow our in-house Tyrolean toboggans free of charge. We look forward to your enquiry! The Hödl Family
