Thoughtfully designed with 415 square feet of living space, this residence features a plush king-size bed, warm contemporary finishes, and an open layout that maximizes comfort and functionality. The fully equipped island kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and Nespresso machine, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Elegant furnishings and modern conveniences create a comfortable setting for business and leisure travelers alike.



Guests enjoy access to exceptional building amenities, including a tranquil subterranean pool and a fully equipped fitness center with modern cardio equipment and free weights, accessible 24 hours a day with your room key. The building also offers 24/7 front desk service, security, and mailroom access, along with full room service available for an additional charge. An in-room iPad allows guests to conveniently request services such as trash removal and extra towels. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

A $500 security hold is required upon arrival for stays of 30 nights or longer.



Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Charges will be billed directly by Marmara to the card on file.
