We are a farm in a quiet location near the forest, ideal for families with children... What could be better than spending your holiday in a quiet location near the woods, right on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Achensee? Plus, you’ll be staying in a newly built, cosy, warm wooden house—constructed in the traditional Tyrolean style, steeped in tradition. In winter, the ski lift is just a 5-minute drive away, and the cross-country ski trailhead is only a 2-minute walk away. For swimming enthusiasts, we offer private access to the lake. Hiking enthusiasts can set out directly from the Hinterwinklhof or take the bus—using the free Achensee Card—to countless starting points for unforgettable hikes, ranging from easy family walks to challenging summit climbs. Around our farm, your children can run around to their hearts’ content, far away from any busy roads, so they’ll fall into bed tired in the evening. Romantic couples can enjoy the view of Lake Achensee and the stunning Rofan mountain range from the spacious balcony while sipping a glass of wine. Family time… enjoy the balmy summer evenings in our garden; for your children, there’s a play tower with a slide, a sandpit, a swing, and a small climbing wall. We have plenty of space for playing ball and running around. Enrich your breakfast every day with fresh milk, eggs from our chickens, and homemade yoghurt. On our farm, we have cows, calves, chickens, and cats!
