Ocean View Studio with Fireplace, Kitchen, Pool!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Also known as "Gulls N Roses", this ocean-view studio on the third floor accommodates up to two guests with a queen bed. Wake up to the sound of the waves and step out onto the balcony to soak in the ocean view and cool sea breeze. On rainy days, stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on TV.



The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with a coffee pot and complimentary coffee. There's also a full private bathroom in here with a tub, shower, and hair dryer, as well as toiletries for your convenience.



Pets are not allowed in this unit.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
