King Bed Pet-Friendly Studio with Pool & Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Known as "Nine Inch Sails", this ground-floor studio accommodates two guests, making it a top choice for couples or solo travelers who don't require extra space. Though a smaller unit, it's still very well equipped with a cozy king bed and a compact kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, and mini fridge. The unit also includes its own private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries. Plus, the ground-floor location allows for convenient access in and out.



Slide open the patio door and step outside to take in the fresh ocean breeze. There are a couple of chairs outside where you can kick back and relax with a drink in hand. Or, if it's a stormy coastal day, stay warm inside watching your favorite shows and movies on TV.



Pets are welcome in this unit, making it easy to bring them along. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
