Family Condo For 6 With Pool & Hot Tub Access!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Also known as "Steely Sand", this one-bedroom unit will have you reelin' in the years. Located on the second floor, this family suite sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, offering plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax.



The condo has a full kitchen featuring a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot with complimentary coffee. Step outside on the balcony and soak in the fresh ocean air, or if it's chilly out, stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies.



The unit has a full bathroom with a tub, shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.



Please note: Pets are not allowed in this unit.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
