About this property

Ferienhaus Das Dömchen - 5-bett-ferienhaus Das Dömchen

This quaint 16th-century building originally served as a sexton’s residence and village school.
We purchased the house in April 2021 and, in close consultation with the historic preservation authorities, extensively restored, renovated, and modernised it over a period of more than 1.5 years, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic setting.



5-Bed Holiday Home “Das Dömchen”:

“Das Dömchen” has been completely refurnished and opened to holidaymakers on 1.12.2022. It is a half-timbered house with luxurious amenities (including a sauna, gas fireplace, bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, kitchen with an induction stove, and wine refrigerator), as well as super-fast internet with download speeds of approximately 100 Mbit/s. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 bed). Access is via PIN. Children and dogs are welcome and are protected by the fenced-in courtyard.



On-site fees: Children up to and including age 6 stay with us for free. Dogs are allowed to stay for €9.00 per day. Our special offer for you: “Book 7—Pay for 6”—enjoy a full week’s getaway for the price of 6 nights. Please transfer a security deposit of €150.00 in addition to the booking price after making your reservation. After departure, provided everything is in order, you will receive your deposit back.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in der Eifel

Sowohl wir Eltern als auch unsere 3 Jungs (12, 18, 18) haben uns sofort in das Dömchen verliebt. Es ist so bezaubernd restauriert und bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus hostorischem Flair und modernem Komfort, dazu ist es mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit vielen netten Extras für unseren Empfang vorbereitet worden (Blumen, Gebäck , ...). Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Und der reizende kleine Ort ist ruhig und idyllisch und bietet doch in der Nähe vielfältige Möglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack - sehr gern wieder!

Traumhaftes historisches Ferienhäuschen zum Wohlfühlen

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem wahren Schmuckstück von Ferienhaus. Wohlfühlen ist vorprogrammiert und man kann die Abende nach vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und/oder Sauna genießen. Mit Hund wohnt man ideal direkt am Ortsrand und hat die offenen Felder vor sich. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es zwar nicht im Ort. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört.
