The ground floor features a bright, open-concept living area with a sofa and TV. The space also includes a Mylin tiled stove. Adjacent to the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. From the living and dining area, you have access to the wraparound terrace facing southwest, complete with a Sylt beach chair and garden furniture (seasonal). The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Going up the stairs to the upper floor, you’ll find three individually decorated bedrooms and a modern spa-style bathroom with a large round bathtub, shower, and toilet. The basement houses the washing machine and dryer, as well as a sauna with a shower and toilet.

Two parking spaces are included with the holiday home. Pets are welcome (€10 per pet per day). Smoking is not permitted in this house.

The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use them to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
