Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful small quiet neighborhood in nature yet close to town. The area has lakes, biking and walking trails and skiing and hiking opportunities. Small quaint town atmosphere, lots of locally grown food, farmers markets, restaurants and places to eat out or buy prepared food. There is a local restaurant with music once or twice a week. Local attractions include art galleries. Farmers markets, local handmade goods.
