Hi there, and welcome to our second home.
This beautiful holiday rental is located on the 1st floor (accessible by lift) and measures 45 m². The tastefully furnished and bright apartment features a total of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. A cosy living area, a high-quality dining set, a flat-screen HD TV, a radio/CD player, and a high chair for children round out the amenities. Books and board games—everything is provided.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a built-in microwave, and all necessary small appliances, such as a kettle, egg cooker, and toaster, as well as china, glasses, and table linens. There is also a new bathroom with a shower. A built-in closet is located in the hallway. The holiday apartment is equipped with central electric hot-water heating (not night storage heating).
You can enjoy the bright morning sun on the spacious balcony facing the sea. Here you can relax and unwind in comfort.
The building also features a sun terrace (9th floor) with wind-protected seating that invites you to linger (beautiful panoramic views in all directions).
Pets are not allowed in accordance with the building rules.
It’s a 5–8-minute walk from the building to the beach and the town centre.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available at the house, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the ground floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the holiday rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. You can pick up laundry tokens at the front desk.

From the building, you can reach the town centre and the beach in 5–8 minutes on foot, so you won’t need your car.

A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, the use of which is included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go swimming even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
