Practical and beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small terrace 10 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
