The apartment was renovated in 2022 and provides holidaymakers and workers with a lovely temporary home where you can feel right at home during your short- or long-term stay. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A parking space is located directly at the property. Dogs can be accommodated for an additional fee.

A dining table set with chairs is located right next to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other appliances. A dining table set is located right next to the kitchen. In total, the apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a tub, and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the upstairs apartment. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. The short-term holiday rental is located in the heart of Lower Saxony. Hamburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven, the Lüneburg Heath, and the Alte Land region south of the Elbe River are all within easy reach. Supermarkets, bakeries, an ATM, a petrol station, and restaurants are located near the apartment.
