This beautifully furnished spacious house on a large and fully fenced plot is located in a quiet natural environment, only 20 minutes by car from the nearby beaches and the historic towns of Split and Omi?, which offer a rich gastronomic offer, numerous opportunities for active vacations, as well as a rich cultural and nightlife. Due to its advantageous isolated location, this house allows you to enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea and the city of Split, as well as the surrounding hills.

With a large pool, a barbecue and several spacious terraces, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets here or spend time playing table tennis, table soccer, basketball or darts.

Active vacationers can hike the well-maintained trail to the nearby mountain lodge, visit the observatory, or take advantage of the mountain bike trail. Due to the hilly location, the climate is exceedingly pleasant in summer.
