The space
The space is minimalist by design as we prefer to present to you a less cluttered stay full of superfluous stuff. If there is something you need, please contact us and we can provide it if it's within reason. Please note that we are constantly updating the unit, so small things like art and outdoor furniture may change (for the better) and differ from what's pictured.

The unit is the bottom unit of a duplex. We live above and are quiet.

The location has a 9.5/10 WalkScore. We are near 2 grocery stores (Whole Foods/Safeway), several convenient stores, restaurants, cafes, parks, bars, Caltrain, Bart, Muni Train Stop, major bus lines, Lime and Ride scooters and bikes, several bike lanes, and super close to Oracle Park and the beautiful Bay. Attention Joggers, you can do a 20+ mile unobstructed run along the Bay.

Guest access
You will have access to 2 floors. The main floor where the bedroom/dining and kitchen is and the lower level where we have the music studio and living/TV room/Office set up. To get to the lower level you will exit out of your side door to a private outdoor staircase (where only the 2 units can access) to the lower level. This is also how you will access the backyard.

Other things to note
We have been hosting midterm rentals for awhile successfully and now are doing some short term. We are quiet and respectable with our guests and neighbors and hope you are the same.
