All floors are low-maintenance, either laminate or ceramic tile.

A ping-pong table in the recreation room and a lockable, ground-level bike storage room are available for shared use.

A 10-minute downhill walk to Alpsee. You can either walk along the road to Bühl am See or take a small nature trail with a view of the lake. Immenstadt, with all its shopping options, is 3 km away.

Hiking trails and biking routes start right from the house. For example, you can hike to the Gschwender Horn and the Immenstädter Horn, or take the Alpsee Coaster—Germany’s longest year-round toboggan run—to the Alpsee Bergwelt in Ratholz, which also features a large climbing forest.

In winter, it’s an excellent starting point for driving to the ski resorts in the Allgäu region—as far as Oberstdorf and the Kleinwalsertal—and via Oberstaufen to the Bregenzer Wald.
