After just a few steps, you will reach the beach, where four comfortable loungers and two sun umbrellas are permanently reserved for each apartment. These are exclusively available to you and do not need to be shared with anyone. Perfect conditions for relaxed bathing days under the Croatian sun.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. With a living area of around 60 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay. It is ideal for up to 5 people, with a maximum of 3 adults being able to be accommodated. The remaining sleeping spaces are particularly well-suited for children, so families will feel especially comfortable here.



Comfortable living for relaxed holiday days



The apartment has a cosy bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In the living area, there is also a sofa bed that offers additional sleeping space. A modern bathroom with a shower ensures comfortable amenities during your stay.



The bright living area invites you to relax and is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so that you can always enjoy a pleasant room climate even on warm summer days.



Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher



The open kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The equipment includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, double sink, electric cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. Particularly practical for families is the available dishwasher, which gives you additional time to relax during your holiday.



A large dining table for up to six people invites shared meals - whether a cosy breakfast before a beach visit or a relaxed dinner after an eventful holiday day.



Covered terrace with sea view



A special highlight is the covered, south-facing terrace (approx. 10 m²) with a magnificent view of the sea. Here you can already enjoy your coffee in the morning or let the day end with a glass of wine.



The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse and provides direct access to the garden.



Ideal for Boat Holidaymakers



For guests with their own boat, this accommodation offers a great advantage. A free boat mooring is available for boats up to about 6-7 metres in length. The boat can be conveniently launched in the town. In addition, there is a secure parking space for the trailer, which makes the accommodation particularly attractive for boating holidaymakers.

The host warmly welcomes you with a welcome drink and ensures that you feel welcome from the very beginning. If desired, meals can even be prepared so that you can enjoy the regional cuisine in a completely relaxed manner.



Moreover, fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, and fish are regularly offered - perfect for those who enjoy cooking with regional products or simply want to experience the authentic cuisine of the region.



Washing laundry is possible after consultation with the landlord and can be organised approximately once or twice a week if needed.
