Dieses wunderschöne Terrassenhaus ist Teil einer ruhigen, grünen Ferienhausanlage mit Pool (15. Mai - Mitte September) und nur ca. 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt.
Venedig ist sehr gut mit Bus und Schiff erreichbar.
Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Garten mit Außengrill und eine Dachterrasse.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohn-/Essbereich, die offene Küche sowie ein Bad mit Dusche.
Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein WC.
Es gibt einen privaten Autostellplatz auf dem Gelände.

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr schönes kleines Reihenhaus in einer Siedlung, die alle gleich gebaut sind in, nach unserer Meinung, sehr schönem architektonischem Ambiente mit großem Pool und dem Meer in Laufweite. Durch die Klimaanlage im Haus und die Infrastruktur allgemein kann man sehr gut alle Möglichkeiten nutzen - Sonne oder kühle Pause, der private Autoparkplatz ist im Areal und Venedig etc. in Ausflugsnähe.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Für Familien eine super Lage weil alles fußläufig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung (z.b Küche / Kaffeemaschine) könnte insbesondere für Familien ein Upgrade vertragen. Das Reinigungspersonal das bei vorzeitiger Anreise vor Ort war, war sehr nett & engagiert. Alles in einem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Danke dafür

Tolle Unterkunft

Tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Die Beschreibungen sind allesamt zutreffend. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, trotz des räumlichen Abstands. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir täten gern wieder kommen.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr schön und die kurze Strecke zum Meer macht sie noch besser. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und har alles um eine Familie mit Kind auf zu nehmen. Selbst am Abend macht sich der kleine Vorgarten gut um sich zusammen zu setzten und den Tag auszuklingen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war wirklich gut.Ich würde sie jedem weiter empfehlen, der in dieser Region Urlaub machen will. Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Terrasse unten und unser Sohn hatte die sonnige Dachterrasse oben ganz für sich. Das Pool befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und es war dort eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre. In nur fünf Gehminuten konnte man das Meer erreichen. Der Vermieter war zwar nicht vor Ort, war aber bei Fragen telefonisch immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.
