The Location
This light-filled apartment is located on the northeast-facing ground floor of the Dänholm building. The Baltic Sea is right outside your door—just 130 metres away, you’ll find the fine-sand, kilometer-long South Beach. There are numerous excursion options in the area waiting for you to explore: the Prora Documentation Centre, the Prora Centre, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Galileo Knowledge World Rügen, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Natural Heritage Centre with its treetop trail, as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance, you’ll find two bakeries, several bistros, a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops, and a bike rental shop. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. At the nearby Dormero Strandhotel (approx. 800 m), you can purchase day passes and enjoy the pool, sauna, and fitness area to your heart’s content.
