Das Haus liegt in Skåne an der Ostsee in der Bucht von Hanö zwischen Åhus und Havang im Tor von Österlen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend zwischen Pinienwäldern und nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt Wanderwege, einen Golfplatz in der Nähe und viele wunderbare Aktivitäten. Der Wasserfall Forsakar, Stenshuvud Nationalpark, Kiviks Kunstzentrum Snohetta, Tosellila Sommarland, Antiquitätenmärkte, Restaurant und Cafés. Ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und den Sommer zu genießen.

The house is located in Skåne on the Baltic Sea in the bay of Hanö between Åhus and Havang in the gateway of Österlen. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood between pine forests and only only 50 meters from the beach. Their are hiking trails, a golf course close by and many wonderful activities. The waterfall Forsakar, Stenshuvud National Park, Kiviks Art Center Snohetta, Tosellila Sommarland, Antique Markets, Restaurant and Cafes. A perfect spot to relax and to enjoy your summer.
