Welcome to LUXGUT!

The Kaisersberg castle ruins at your feet. In the geographical center of Styria. 1,000 m above sea level, situated on a south-facing slope.

Peace and quiet. Pure nature.

Nestled in these surroundings, we have converted a centuries-old 'barn' into our unique Chalet OLIVIA.

The old, hand-hewn wooden beams and the ancient roof truss give OLIVIA, which is equipped with the latest technology, the unmistakable homeliness that you will feel as soon as you enter.

We are proud of the panoramic glass window, which makes the outdoors and indoors one. A sunset by a crackling fire becomes a natural spectacle of a special kind.

Surrounding OLIVIA is an old orchard - the apple and cherry blossom is an annual experience. Blackberries, raspberries and blueberries compete with each other directly in front of OLIVIA. Snacking is encouraged.

A private spa with hot tub on the terrace, sauna and swimming pond are the cornerstones of our wellness program.

In addition to you, there are 3 alpacs, wild animals (deer, fox, badger, etc.) living on 4 hectares and nobody else.
The estate with all its amenities and freedom is therefore exclusively at your disposal.

Whether 'Heinzelmännchen FullService' or self-catering, choose as you wish.

Endless hiking trails in the Seckau Alps - directly connected to OLIVIA - can be explored on foot or by mountain bike
